Information for Schools
DIARY DATE:
One teacher from each school to meet Pat Read at the Track for a pre-event briefing at 6.00pm. on Wednesday 6th July. You'll be given numbers, pins and certificates at that time. Please wear flat shoes (as you will be walking on the track).
The Head teacher who is acting as the announcer should also attend at that time.
We will go through the process of what will happen on the night, and how you will interact with the volunteers, and what happens if things go awry (thunderstorm, accident, etc).
