Hurdles

Athletes run in lanes.

The distance for all age groups is 60m.

The first hurdle will be 11.5m from the start.

There will be six hurdles in total, 7.5m between each.

From the last hurdle to the finish it is 11m.

Y4 hurdles will be set at a height of 46 cm.

Y5 hurdles will be set at a height of 53 cm.

Y6 hurdles will be set at a height of 61 cm.
